In recognition of his production and leadership, Josh was named a 2026 ALC (Agent Leadership Council) member at KW Vermont, representing the top producers in the market center. With years of experience across the brokerage, he offers clients not only strong industry knowledge but also valuable insight, strategic guidance, and an extensive professional network.

At the heart of his business is a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals—especially guiding buyers and sellers through major life transitions with confidence and clarity. Before real estate, Josh built a diverse professional background working in preschools, summer camps, youth sports coaching, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and hockey arena operations.

Originally from Burlington, Josh now lives in Colchester with his wife, Amanda, and their four children. A lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast, he grew up on the baseball diamond in the summer and the ice rink in the winter—and still enjoys playing hockey whenever he can.
