Raised in Vermont’s Mad River Valley, this community has always been home for Samantha. After a few adventures out of state, she returned in 2022 because she knew there was no other place she’d want her child to grow up.

As an active member of the Mad River Valley community and host of Mad River Valley Women in Business, she is passionate about connecting with and supporting local people and businesses.

Before making the move to real estate, Samantha spent three years in the mortgage industry, where she gained invaluable firsthand experience guiding buyers through the financial side of homeownership. That experience gave her a deep understanding of the mortgage process and the many steps clients take before reaching the closing table.

Her goal is to be a trusted resource who helps simplify the process, answer questions before they become stressors, and empower clients to make confident decisions every step of the way.

Samantha believe real estate is about more than property: it’s about people, lifestyle, and finding the right place to call home. She is proud to combine local knowledge, community connection, and industry experience to help buyers and sellers navigate Vermont real estate with confidence.

When she is not working, you can usually find her embracing everything Vermont has to offer; skiing in the winter, and spending summer days hiking or by the river with her child.
